Founded in 2020, Hope Home City, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting Hartford’s homeless population. We provide essential resources such as food, clothing, and shelter while offering programs that foster long-term empowerment. Our mission is to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and a renewed sense of purpose. Through education, job training, and community engagement, we create opportunities for growth and independence. With the support of donors, volunteers, and partners, we are transforming lives and building a stronger, more compassionate Hartford community.
